Spring Hill School is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is led by the board of trustees and school principal. The board is made up of volunteers and consists of 10 members.

Day-to-day operations are the responsibility of the principal. The principal is the decision maker for selection of the curriculum, human resources, professional development and general operations. The board oversees hiring of the principal, to assist in fund development and promotion to the community, to set fees and keep the school up and running financially. Strategic planning is a board responsibility. Board members meet monthly, and minutes are available to the public in the school office.
